Breathwork is a term used to describe a wide range of breathing techniques that are used to promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Breathwork practices aim to reduce stress, improve physical health and emotional wellbeing by influencing the autonomic nervous system.
There are a wide variety of breathwork techniques, ranging from deep, rhythmic breathing to more advanced practices such as Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB).

What is CCB?
Release suppressed emotions and trauma stored in the body, promoting emotional well-being
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, CCB can significantly reduce stress and anxiety levels.
Enhanced oxygen flow can boost overall energy levels and improve mental clarity.
Improved Self-Awareness: The practice encourages introspection and can lead to greater self-awareness and personal growth.
