No. You do not have to go through the recordings in order, however, they have been designed to be breathed on the relevant day. For example, on Sunday you would breathe with The Sun's recording. Wednesday is for Mercury's session. You can do all 7 days in one week, or one recording a day. And you can replay them when you are working with the energy specific to that day.
