Tarot
Tarot is an interesting tool surrounded by myth, occult references, intrigue and sometimes even fear.
I first became interested in Tarot in the 90's, but because of my strict upbringing, I wasn't allowed to explore it openly. But I started to secretly explore and do readings for myself. I still use the same deck from those days.
In the early 2000's I started doing readings for my friends too. They often asked about matters of the heart, whether they should start dating someone, if they should forgive their boyfriend, or if this one was 'the one'.

The tarot acts as a mirror in which we might observe ourselves, for better or worse. Instead of focusing our attention on some far off potential future outcome, it focuses us on the here and now, how we can impact the future effectively from the present.
When working with people the tarot helps them identify long standing habits and beliefs that have impacted their lives, holding them back, usually for decades.
It helps them identify ways to move forward, actions to take or even new perspectives of themselves.

The first half of the session I pull the cards and interpret their meaning based on the questions asked and the conversation we are having.
In the second half I guide you through the breath into a state where we can access your subconscious mind. Here we use the imagery and symbolism of the tarot to find the messages and guidance that already exists within you, but that you have not had access to. Until now.
You will be guided into the heart of the tarot where you will not receive the message from my voice, you will receive it from the very core of your being.
This is a powerful practice and people often leave with profound insights and knowledge of how to make practical, lasting change.
