Breathwork facilitator training
What is this training?
This is a 400 hour Breathwork Facilitator training, delivered in partnership with Breathing Space, the school where I trained for 800 hours myself. This course is recognised by the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance).
We work one to one, not in a group. You'll have full access to Breathing Space's training resources and their wider community, alongside my own time and guidance, and the spaces where I facilitate, where you'll start practicing facilitation by supporting me as I work.
Training takes around 9 months on average, though it can move faster depending on how much time you give it.

Why i offer this
You'll start with the basics, the core breathwork techniques themselves, and the physiology behind them. You will learn what's actually happening in the breath, the nervous system and the body while you're guiding someone through it.
From there we go deeper, into Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and the more advanced techniques, how to hold a session that goes further than a few minutes of calm breathing, and what it takes to guide someone safely through that.
Safety runs through all of it. You'll learn how to recognise when someone is having a strong reaction, how to support them through it, and how to build the kind of space that makes people feel safe enough to actually let go.
You'll also learn the practical side, how to structure and run a session from start to finish, one to one or in a group, online or in person, alongside the theory behind why breathwork works the way it does.
What you'll learn
This training changed my life. Not just because it taught me how to hold space and guide someone through their breath, but because a daily breathwork practice cannot help but change you. You cannot do this work with other people without doing the same work on you first.
That's what I want to pass on. Not just a qualification, but the practice underneath it.
why do this?
People drawn to this work have usually already been moved by the breath themselves, and want to share that with others. This training is your first step toward building your own practice. Once you're certified, you can step out onto your own path as a facilitator.
While you're training, if you're local, you'll support me in my in-person spaces. If you're not, that support happens online instead. Either way, you get real practice alongside real sessions, not just theory.
who is this for?
You don't need previous facilitation experience or a background in breathwork already. What matters is that you've experienced the power of the breath and feel called to share it with the world.
